Industrial cooling projects
The following projects are presented without client names under confidentiality agreements.
-

Leading Lithium-Battery Manufacturer — East & Central China Dual Bases
Under high-load continuous production with cooling systems running year-round, the original chemical dosing programme could not raise the cycles of concentration, keeping blowdown and makeup-water costs high. After switching to side-stream ECD descaling, the cycles of concentration were raised, blowdown was reduced, and the heat-exchanger terminal temperature difference returned to the design rang
-

Semiconductor Manufacturer — East China Plant
Semiconductor manufacturing demands strict purity and stability of cooling water; micro-contamination and scaling both directly affect process yield. The solution combined online monitoring (pH, conductivity, turbidity, corrosion rate) with side-stream descaling to hold water-quality fluctuations within a narrow band.
-

Hub Airport — Energy Station Retrofit
The large terminal's central HVAC chilled-water and cooling-water system faces load that fluctuates strongly with flights and season. Full-condition optimisation was applied across leaving-water temperature, pump frequency, fan speed and cycles of concentration, integrated with an intelligent O&M platform for trend-based early warning.
-

IC Manufacturer — Manufacturing Base
With high-temperature, high-hardness makeup water, the original system's heat exchangers fouled quickly and required frequent cleaning. Side-stream electrolysis now removes scale-forming ions continuously, combined with cycles-of-concentration optimisation and blowdown management, extending cleaning intervals and reducing effluent volume.
